This Kazi Pastel Woven Bowl is gorgeous! The 12-inch stripe design is modern and minimal which helps it to blend into many décor styles. It works equally well as a fruit bowl, catch-all bowl, or decorative bowl. Initially I used it as a fruit bowl, but ultimately decided it was too beautiful to hide under all that fruit. I then used the built-in hang loop to display it on the wall. The quality of the materials and assembly is top notch. Even in a house with small children, it has proved well made. I received this bowl as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and have been so pleased with the product as well as the company’s mission to support Ugandan women that I will be purchasing more in the future.

I was lucky enough to receive this bowl through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it is beautiful. You can tell that the bowl is handmade with so much love as soon as you look at it. It is beyond beautiful. It is really a functional piece of art. I have this bowl on the center of my dining room table and plan to change what sits in it with the seasons. The quality of the bowl is far superior to anything you'd buy mass produced in a store. I definitely love that Kazi is a brand that I can feel great a out supporting as well. I plan on doing my holiday shopping here for my dearest friends and family for sure.

I’ve always loved the idea of incorporating woven bowls into my wall decor, so I was really excited when I was given this 12" woven bowl to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The colors are just neutral enough to fit in with my other items, but the bowl still stands out! The fibers are soft and tightly woven. I could easily use this bowl on my entryway table to hold keys or other small trinkets. It’s a very high quality decorative bowl and I love that it was created by artisans who receive a fair wage for their work.

When I first received this woven bowl from the Stellar Product Testing Panel I wasn't sure what we would do with it, it's not the kind of thing that we would hang on the wall (though I'm sure it would look great on some people's walls). I finally realized that it is the perfect thing for my husband to unload his pockets when he gets home: his phone, wallet, all his keys, pens, markers, pocket knives, receipts, etc. This bowl is deep enough to hold all of his stuff, but it's not so big that it will look like clutter. I like that the red is muted, not bright and "in-your-face," it makes it feel more natural, and the basket is very smooth which makes it feel luxurious. It is thick and sturdy, so it feels like it will last a long time, even if my kids start to play with it. I love the little card that tells about the artist, a single mother who learned to weave from her mother and is trying to provide for her family. The mission of Kazi is one that I support, and if I had limitless resources I would buy all of their products, they are beautiful and I want to support these craftswomen.

I was so happy to find out I was selected to receive this 12" woven bowl to try out as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel! I so appreciate Kazi's values as a company which only makes me want to support them any recommend their products to others. Aside from the durability of the bowl, it is actually very versatile and looks great in a lot of different rooms. I've tested it out in my living room as a "catch all" type of dish, and it worked great with keys and such as there was no pulling of the material on the sharp keys. Because of it's larger size tho, moved it to the kitchen and use now as a dry fruit bowl. Works great and I love telling people about the company.
